Norm Cannon
Norm Cannon is a dedicated construction professional and Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in residential building and project management. Most recently, he served as a Construction Manager at Red Ledges in Heber, Utah, where he successfully oversaw the production of 15 custom homes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality finishes that met client expectations. Norm’s hands-on approach included collaborating closely with homeowners and managing diverse trades to navigate challenges and optimize interior design elements, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
Previously, as a Superintendent for KB Home and Zephyr Partners, Norm managed a $175 million residential development project, utilizing advanced work packaging techniques that quadrupled production efficiency. His commitment to compliance and safety was evident in his daily interactions with building inspectors and regulatory authorities, consistently achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 98 percent.
Norm’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Universal Property Services and Happy Healthy Homes, where he built the company into a $5.5 million enterprise, overseeing every aspect from labor and materials management to securing financing.
With a robust background that includes leadership roles in sales and processing management, Norm has demonstrated an ability to drive teams toward success while maintaining stringent operational standards. His qualifications as a Certified Home Inspector and licensed General Building Contractor further complement his expertise in residential construction. Norm’s military background and numerous accolades, including the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, underscore his commitment to excellence, discipline, and service in all his endeavors.
Claude Bethea
Claude Bethea is an accomplished Information Technology visionary and serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of executive management and technical expertise. Throughout his career, Claude has successfully designed, developed, and maintained industry-leading software applications for Fortune 100 companies, including Coca-Cola, Hewlett Packard, and Delta Airlines.
As the founder and CEO of multiple companies, Claude’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven innovation across various sectors. Notably, he established RockHopper Systems, Explore Baton Rouge, and Transformyx, each demonstrating significant growth and impact. His leadership at Transformyx, LLC, from 2006 to 2024, was marked by remarkable achievements, including consistent rankings in the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, where his company garnered recognition for its impressive sales growth.
In 2024, Claude launched Solux Home, a startup focused on integrating advanced technology with home solutions, positioning the company at the forefront of modern residential living. His vision for Solux Home aims to transform how individuals interact with their living spaces through innovative design and smart home technology.
Claude’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. He has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Computer World Laureate for Innovation and various recognitions from the Inc. 5000. Additionally, he has been actively involved in the LSU ISDS Advisory Board, and many non-profit organizations including The American Cancer Society.

Michael Bethea
Michael Bethea is a seasoned executive with vast experience in strategic leadership and operational management across various industries, including real estate, compliance services, and healthcare marketing. As Co-Trustee of Explore Investments LLC since 2014, he has played a pivotal role in the turnaround of multiple development projects, such as the successful completion and sale of luxury condominiums at Sanctuary by the Sea and revitalizing a failed bay-front community, Providence at Indian Pointe. In 2017, he also founded SBS Energy Services, enhancing intervention capabilities in the oil and gas sector.
In addition to his role at Explore Investments, Michael is the CEO of Offshore Technical Compliance LLC, overseeing a team of 75 professionals delivering compliance services worldwide. His leadership has driven consistent double-digit sales growth through a commitment to quality management and strategic planning.
Previously, Michael held significant positions with the American Cancer Society, where he served as Vice President, overseeing operations and health initiatives across multiple states. His earlier career in healthcare marketing includes roles with HCA/Tulane University Hospital & Clinic and Columbia/HCA, where he successfully led marketing strategies that increased patient volumes and enhanced service visibility.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Louisiana State University and brings a wealth of expertise in risk analysis, client relations, and organizational development. His diverse background and proven track record make him a dynamic leader in any business endeavor.
